Product Installation Instructions

1. Prepare the mounting hole (clean dirt from the reveals or other protruding plaster, concrete lump, which will disturb the product installation).

2. If possible, remove the sash before the start of installation.

3. Attach side panels with the screws to the frame (if you use them for installation) or drill anchor holes of 1 mm larger than the selected anchor diameter (if you use anchor for installation). Fitting spots should be about 160 mm from the frame upper and lower angles and depending on the size of the product at least every 700 to 1000 mm in accordance with the length of frame details (Fig. 1).

4. Fitting with the anchors - 2 / 3 of it must be attached to the wall, and 1 / 3 to the frame of the product.

5. Before placing the frame into the jamb, in the outer part of the frame (if the jamb with barb in Figure 2) or in the frame part, which goes towards the wall (if there is no barb in Figure 3) place the expanding film (expansion from 2 to 20 mm), resistant to UV rays and moisture, in order to fill the voids and immediately put the frame into the opening until the film did not swell.

6. After puting the frame into the opening fix it with PVC or wooden wedges in corners, put wood or PVC linings every 700 mm to prevent bending of the lower part of the frame.

7. Level the product in the opening with the level unit. The horizontal frame pieces (top and bottom) must be exactly horizontal and vertical pieces, must be levelled in two planes (in the inner part of the frame and the outside or room side).

8. The gap for sealing material between the outer part of the frame and the wall must not be less than 5 mm around the whole product.

9. Attach the plate or the anchor to the walls (where appropriate, place PVC or wooden panels between the wall and the frame that will keep frame stable during the anchor rotation).

10. Seal the gap with the sealing material (sealing foam, tow, wool or other materials). Where appropriate, place the support from the side of the frame to prevent bending of frame during sealing.

11. After installing the frame put on leaf and adjust the joints and locks (if necessary), to make the product easy in operation.
